Before Growth Bloc existed, we were just two regular lads stacking shelves and doing electrical work frustrated, underpaid, and searching for freedom.

Bobby (Founder) - I was stacking shelves at Asda in 2019 when I was introduced to the world of high-ticket sales. What started as curiosity quickly became an obsession. I spent the next few years studying everything I could. Mastering sales psychology, learning how to close deals, and putting myself in rooms with people who were already doing what I dreamed of. Eventually, I went from taking sales calls to leading a team and helping scale a multi-million dollar coaching company.
But I wasn’t the only one looking for a way out.
Callum was working long hours as an apprentice electrician, stuck in a routine he knew wasn’t built for him. He wanted more, but didn’t know what “more” even looked like - until one day, he overheard me (Bobby) on a sales call. In less than 30 minutes, I closed a $300+ commission deal right in front of him. No tools. No overtime. Just a skill I’d mastered. That moment lit a fire in Callum. From that day forward, He committed to learning everything he could about sales and appointment setting and he never looked back.
